RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
At SHOLZCOMBO, bespoke items are crafted to order and are therefore non-refundable.
Returns are only permitted for items found to be defective upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and substantiated with video evidence. Returns submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
All sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Order cancellations are allowed only prior to dispatch. Refunds for delivery charges will only be issued for defective items. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing refunds related to damaged goods.
Unclaimed items that remain in our possession for more than 3 months will be donated to charity. For international orders, all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
